Rules for outings

  • Allowing outing shall be the sole discretion of hostel warden or it may be done by sanction of an appellate authority.
  • Regular outing for the purpose of tuitions will be allowed –
  • On producing a letter of acknowledgment by the said institute/person-of the student is attending his/her classes, describing the address, contact no and other related details or affidavit by parents.
  • The tuition master shall also take the responsibility of informing the hostel warden in case the student doesn’t reach the place on time.
  • Students desirous of availing tuition outing shall wear school uniform/ uniform prescribed by school authority or hostel T-shirt.
  • In case of any anomaly found in this regard, the benefit shall be revoked.

Guidelines for visitors

  • Outsiders are not allowed inside hostel premises.
  • Parents will be allowed to meet their wards on Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm.
  • Nobody except parents and local guardians will be allowed to meet the hostellers.
  • Parents may, if they so wish take their wards on outings between 10 am - 5 pm on Sundays and holidays.

General:

  • Respect for others: Always be respectful and courteous towards fellow residents, staff, and guests. Treat others the way you wish to be treated.
  • Cleanliness: Keep your room and common areas clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly and contribute to keeping the hostel a pleasant place to live.
  • Quiet hours: Observe designated quiet hours to ensure everyone has a chance to rest and study. Be mindful of noise levels at all times.
  • Visitors: Guests are allowed in the designated areas of the hostel during visiting hours. Overnight guests are not permitted without prior authorization.
  • Safety and security: Report any safety concerns or suspicious activities to the hostel staff immediately. Be aware of your surroundings and take precautions to ensure your own safety and the safety of others.
  • Damages: Residents are responsible for any damage they cause to their room or common areas.
  • Personal belongings: Be responsible for your belongings and keep them secure. The hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Electrical appliances: Use electrical appliances only as per instructions and with the necessary approvals.
